I can sleep through anything!
Once sleep comes, I can sleep with stereos playing on maximum volume, Dj's spinning at a party & even directly above cruise ship engines where the noise & vibration is impossible to ignore!

I don't leave the music on while sleeping as it quite disturbs my attention. Rather, i like to have the music on when i feel it hard to get to sleep. As i'm listening, i usually fall asleep without noticing.

No, I really cannot sleep with music to be honest with you. I find that I am getting up fairly regularly and getting into the music, when I should really be sleeping. You know, focusing on the music that occurs around me, instead of what I should be doing and sleeping. Music is great for many activities but for me, sleeping is one of the few notable exceptions.
However, I think that is really only true for really heavy sleeping at night for me. If I am just taking a nap, I have no problems listening to music. This is especially true when I am ill. The music allows me to relax and takes my mind off of the rather violent parts of the illness. It allows me piece of mind and gives me time to relax. Considering that I am just resting and not really sleeping, there is no problem.
So yes for sure music when I am napping but anything heavier than napping, then music does not do me any good when I sleep. It just causes me to focus on the music when I am sleeping and thus it takes me forever to go to sleep. I have not tried it in years but the few times I did, it was to very little success at all. Then again, that is just me.

I always listen to music with my phone while go to sleep. I will use headphone to listen music and reduce my mobile volume. If you listen melody songs while sleeping it help us to forget our worries and tiredness. So we can sleep well without any tension. Some times I forget to off the music player and fall in sleep, When I wake up in the midnight I switch off it.

I like this style. When i listen to music I can sleep easily. Cause I can feel relax and forget some bored thing. Sometimes I forget to turn off it and fall asleep it could be played for a night. If i can't sleep weel i listen to music or radio. It is a good way to get rid of sleepless.

I have music playing all day in my house and I often have music playing in my bedroom to help me to relax and get a good night's sleep. I currently have a couple of really good new age cds that help me to relax and settle quickly at night.

no, i prefer to sleep in a silent room. maybe, when i was younger and single. but now that i am a family man and i always think of the expenses at home, i prefer to be frugal.

it depends on my mood. there are times when i just want silence and no amount of music will calm me down aside from silence and peaceful environment. there are times when i better have mellow music to feel relax and fall asleep. good night!

I like quiet when I am trying to sleep, but if others in my house are up and being noisy sometimes I will play music so that I can concentrate on that rather than what they are talking about. Preferably I would not have music on when I am sleeping, but if there is going to be noise either way, I would prefer music to talking.
