charice to sing the RP national anthem at paquiao/clottey fight

finally manny paquiao change his mind as to who will sing our RP National Anthem in his coming bout. RnB Jay-r is supposed to sing the "Lupag Hinirang" but he told PEP that he picked Charice pempengco instead.
Fans have clamoring for our international artist like, charice pempengco, leah salonga and arnel pineda and it looks like one name in the wish has been erase.
I just hope that Charice will sing it well.
hey mylotters, who will you choose to sing the RP National Anthem if you are given a chance to decide for it.

my youngest pick is Charice, but It is Manny Who can decide to whom he can get the encouraging Booster to the max....

I actually have read this on the paper this morning and yeah Charice is deserving enough to have a chance to sing it and i hope she will do it well because frankly speaking whoever will sing the national anthem will get criticized no matter what they do....people will say something bad about the performance...but the honor will be hers and i wish her good luck..and that goes for manny too.

It doesnt really matter who will sing the national anthem. It its ok i vote for president macapagal arroyo. Lets see if she can sing it well. Hahaha. I hope it will be good. I hope it wont mess up, like christian bautista when he sing the national anthem. It was really mess up. But i hope Charice will sing it well. Happy mylotting

What the hell are they thinking in choosing JR to sing the national anthem?? good thing they already replace him with Charice. I'd rather see Charice sing there than JR...ahahah.. but anyway, it would be most pleasant if Lea Salonga sings it... else, why not try Yeng Constantino instead of JR...hahaha..^____^,V

Charice is ok with me, But I would love if Leah and Arnel Pineda will sing the national Anthem. PAcquio is a GMA talent and in most cases the one who sungs the national anthem are a GMA talent. Good to hear they let charice sing it. I think she is better than JR.

hmmm, well charice is good but i always wanted to see & hear leah salonga singing our national anthem again...
i just hope that charice will do well and sing it from her heart and don't think as if she's in the concert stage...
well anyway, i just wish for everything to turn good and for Pacquiao to win once again!

I sure hope that she can make our country proud once again. And I hope that she is a lucky charm for Manny. 
It's another fight, and I know that all of us would be stuck in the house waiting for the fight, it's another one of those things that Filipinos actually understands each other, and get together for one cause, which is Manny Pacquiao. hehehe.

I would prefer Leah Salonga.
However, Charise is a very good singer. I just hope that there will be no controversy on how our singers sing the national anthem. There are a lot more problems here in the Philippines that they need to focus on rather than to criticise our artists.
