Rotation Brownout is rampant in the Philippines nowadays specially in Mindanao. What if there will be a brownout during the Pacquiao-Clottey fight? I believe many people will get annoyed specially those who availed the pay per view. Should the Electric companies spare that special day? in my opinion they should.

Yes of course many will be disappointed especially those that cannot afford to pay for it. I think that would be a major disappointment. I just hope that it would not happen here in Luzon. Brownouts are not that often in here. I think the pirated cds will be the one who will benefit from it since many who cannot see it because of brownout can buy it from the CD vendors. Another alternative is from radio although it is hard to imagine what is happening but at least you can hear it.

Yeah your right many people will be disappointed if they will not be able to watch it, including me -_-. I agree with you many pirated CD vendors would benefit from it. If there is only one option left which is to use radio I would rather not bother listening.

Yeah the last option which is affordable since you can buy batteries for it and can hear the news updates. The only thing is that you have to visualize what is happening. I think most Taxi drivers do that when they are traveling around when the fight is on they only rely on radio on their taxis to get updated.

Sorry for them but they can watch the replay of it. We also watched the delayed telecast of the fight because we don't have watchpad of pldt and we don't have cable. How I wish the watchpad is also available in smartbro subscriber. Once again Manny going to unite the Philippines and it is going to be zero crime rate this Sunday.

That would be very annoying. They should postpone the rotation brown out so that we can watch the fight. I think electric companies should spare the day from this rotation. Maybe on the following day, Monday we can have a whole-day brownout, toink!
