I used to have 4 sugars, which is obviously really bad. I have now cut down to two. My Mum and sister, don't have sugar in their tea what about you?

Thats a lot of sugar all right! I suppose that it depends on how big your cup is though. I mean, if you are swigging your tea out of a 1/2 pint mug then I suppose that four sugars will not be excessive. I just have one sugar in tea but two in coffee (but it's a big cup) I used to have more when I was younger, as far as I can remember that is..(jw peers through the mists of time trying to see how many sugars he put in his tea 40 - odd years ago..fails..the eyes are dim etc, etc. )

None. Its been 42 years since I had sugar in tea (OMG I hadn't realised just how old I am!!) My dad was told to lose weight by his doctor so cut out sugar in his tea. I asked him what it tasted like without sugar, he told me to try it and I found that I liked the taste of the tea more than i liked the taste of sugar.
