What time of the day do you enjoy eating?

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day but I dont usually like eating breakfast. I dont like eating a heavy breakfast at all. I eat lunch because I get really hungry at lunchtime but I dont enjoy it too. I always enjoy eating dinner not because of the food but because of the people gathered and eating dinner together. We are provided dinner in my workplace and dinner is the only time that we a lot of us have a break time and we talk about the things that are happening in our classes. Its a lot of fun actually.
How about you? What time of the day you enjoy eating? Why do you like to eat at that time?

hell0! well, I enjoy eating in the morning before I go to the university, because for me the breakfast is the most important meal during the whole day and I must really have a good breakfast so that I can have my powers all day long :)
I mostly eat some sandwiches with chicken fillet, lettuce, onion, maybe some eggs too and orange juice or some soft drink, but rarely soft drinks!

I never really liked eating breakfast even before. There was no time for me because I am not a morning person and I really dont like getting up early. When I was in college, I was also very lazy to cook myself some breakfast. There were some people who sell food there but I also didnt want to go there and

It is advisable to eat less at night because our metabolism is really slow during night time. We wont be needing all the energy coming from the food that we eat because we will just be sleeping. Not all of the body parts are functioning normally that's why we really need to take care of our health and our bodies. We can also drink plenty of water before going to bed. It helps in the digestion process and it also prevents heart attack. But I guess you dont have to worry about this because you dont eat a lot at night. I just thought you ought to know.

Maybe there are variety of food that you choose from every time you have break fast. Rice is the staple food here in our country but I dont usually like eating rice in the morning. I like eating eggs and bread and sometimes bacon or maybe even rarely because its really expensive here. Breakfast, as they said is the most important meal of the day so its a good thing for you because you are already eating the most important meal of the day. I like eating snacks too but it depends on the snack and in my mood.

great! That's really great because during the weekend I always wake up late in the morning cause its the only time I can do it because I am very busy week days because of my job and I have to wake up really early. Maybe this lifestyle will change once I would have my own kids already. I am married for almost a year now and we dont have a child yet so I am going to sleep longer as often as I can while I still dont have a baby. I think priorities will really change once the baby comes. For me, having a baby is demanding. I would have to prepare every meal from then on.

i don't really like eating breakfast because im not very hungry and it is usually the moment i wake up so im still very tired and much rather go back to bed. So i eat my breakfast and then at about 11am i get really hungry so i think apart from dinner time that is one of my favourite times for eating because i usually get something nice from the cafe :)

I understand what you mean. I dont know what it is about mornings that we cant get up right away. I always set my alarm clock but I always have to snooze it for 2 times then that's the time I get up. Having a brunch doesnt usually happen to my anyway. Cause in my work place, sometimes the company would buy us some bread and I usually eat bread when I get there. I can eat lunch on time too but sometimes I cant. Its a good idea to get something nice in the cafe during dinner but doing that will surely destroy my budget so I always refrain and discipline myself.

I say that it is at lunch that I feel great with eating. Second is at dinner. I hope it never frightens you but I do not eat my breakfast. I only drink some choco drink in the morning but I do have grand breakfast when Im staying with my relatives. It depends on the situation. If no food no eat.

I think its already normal for a lot of people not to eat breakfast. Like you, you only drink choco drink and that's it. My friend only drinks juice and she usually eat a very large meal during lunch time because she's really very hungry at that time. I seldom eat heavy breakfast too. I usually have bread. The only time I get to eat a heavy breakfast is when I am in my hometown. My parents always prepare breakfast for us so we really have to eat even if sometimes we dont want to.

I enjoy eating during lunch time as we just eat bread and a cup of coffee usually for breakfast. We really prepare good food during lunch. Rice, veggies, chicken or fish plus juice or soft drinks with salads or fruits. We really could feel our stomack is empty that we crave for a complete meal.

I think you are eating lunch together with your friends. But its good for you because you are able to cook and prepare lots of food during lunchtime. We just cant do that because of the lack of time. Most of my colleagues buy food from somewhere and I bring food from my house. We also wanted to eat a complete meal but doing that would be very expensive.
There are times that my friends and I get together after lunch and that's when we would eat fruits. Among my friends, there are 3 of us who likes eating sour fruits and every time we have the chance to eat it we enjoy it very much but it seldom happens. But at least, there's still some time.

i enjoy eating all through out the day every day. eating is good for the body and mind. and gives our bodies lots of energy. i get hungry alot. thankfully i can usually control my hunger.

Well, good for you! I find it really good because I think there are only a few people who are concerned about eating like you are. My father was concerned about eating before but not anymore this days. He's also very busy now and seldom eats breakfast. He only eats a lot at lunch time cause he cant eat a lot at night because of some health problems.

That is one of the most common reasons why we neglect ourselves of some breakfast because we are always in a hurry. When I wake up the in the morning, I only have 30 minutes to prepare and then I go to work. I am sometimes lucky though because the company where I work for buy us some bread and I get to eat bread there but that isnt really very satisfying. Lunch is also the same because I am always alone when I eat and dinner is really enjoyable because there's more time and you dont have to hurry.

There are more time for a lot of people to eat during dinner. Lunch break usually just last for a few minutes but during dinner you can actually sit there and talk with the people you are eating dinner with and just stay there and have a very long dinner with them.
It is not advisable to eat a lot in the evening though. I also see more vegetables and fruits during dinner time because food other than this are more difficult to digest. Anyway, there are also times that I eat a lot but I always drink a glass of water before going to bed to help in the digestion process and it will also help prevent heart attack while sleeping.
