Women who work in the army and police, are as strong as men?

What do you think about women who are military officer or work in the police, they are equal with men who work there?
Women have long fought for equality, have the same rights, same status, same options as men, but the same responsibilities.
In this hard jobs, the army or police men are better prepared to face the austere way of life, or women can equally well to adapt there?
Is hard for you as man to listen a woman order? , or you can leave your life in the hands of a woman cop?
Ladies, you would like to work as officers in the army or in police to have a job?

i think that is good and needed to join the army and police by woman. but in some cases woman cant deliver as man can. there is a reason naturally. the body structure given to woman by nature just prevent them harder as man are. and due to this they cant cope up with like men.

I spent 4 years in the military and met many woman also serving. Men are obviously stronger than most woman but we all have abilities. I did all that the men did but not to the same degree. I do believe if a woman is hired to do the same job as a man she should be paid accordingly. I am now in a management position and don't have any problem with men or women doing as I tell them to do. I do notice that some foreign men think I can't pissibly be the manager because I am a woman. They are always asking for the man in charge. I have to admit though, if my house was burning down and I had to pick between a man and a woman getting me or my child out I would pick a man before I would a woman.

women cannot possibly be as stong as man. It is just rodiculous. maybe they are stonger than regular men, but not all of them...because they are well-trained maybe. it is always hard to listen to a woman's order and in the past women were neglected. That is not right. i think that both men and women can do equally the same jobs. So why women are not better than men in the army. they can be...but in the future because they can be more decisive, thoughtful and even smarter in some situations....so everything is possible... :)
