Well done! Now you have a great responsability nykel! We need new Lotters because they bring a breath of fresh air and as they are your referrals it is up to you to set them off on the right foot. Send them to the Guidelines and the FAQs and tell them that it is very important that they understand them. If you do a good job in training them they will repay you with the referral earnings that you will receive from them - so it is all up to you!

That is the problem with new sign-ups. They leave as fast as they come in as their expectations are too high. Some expect to earn a lot in a short period of time without even knowing that it takes time and effort to see the earning grow and reach payout. If they come under you then it is your duty to coach them from A to Z so they might grasp fully the concept of socializing in mylot especially the stringent rules here. Most are ignorant about earning online and paypal to some is alien to them.

hi nykel88 congrats to you. now you need to gently butfirmly convince them that they must read the guidelines, the rules, the TOS a nd the questions and answers,they must do this so they will know how mylot works and how to make discussions that do not break my lot rules.it is easy to read the information and forget the word boring because the information will save them from making a zillion discussions that break all the rules and mylot will, I mean it, will delete them. They will know how to operate the system if you steer them to the information and insist that they read it,you read it too and explain to them as this will help them to know how to use mylot. You have a job but you can to it, as you make really nice discussions, just help them read the information.

Just point them to those links at the bottom of the sit Its up to your friends to learn it and remember the rules. They also need to understand that this is not a get rich quick deal where you can quit your job and make it a full time deal. It takes time. As for legitimacy all they need to do is search Mylot on the web and they'll find reviews and all kinds and things about it. I've read and discovered about Mylot through some very trust worthy sources and know someone personally from real life who got paid by them so I'm certain they are for real.

This gives me a good idea on how to get referrals. I have been here in Mylot for more than 3 years and have been paid many times, yet I don't have a single referral. hello nykel, Lucky DOG. i wish i have that scenario too with some of my friends. i don't why only a few in my side is actually having a hard time that such forum site truely exist. you should explain it to them that you don't get ten dollars in one day. they have to be active all the time and be patient. that's a good challange not only that they will enjoy it but also they will learn from other users. just tell them it's a similar to a forum site but more on discussions and not just plain chat.

First off, congratulations on getting your first payment from mylot, that means that you've been working hard here. Also, it is great to hear that your friends are intrigued by mylot and that they would like to be members as well. You need to share with them some of the things that you are doing on here that are working. Be patient with them and make sure that they get their questions answered in the best way possible. Hey Nykel, I have just joined this program today and its good to see that their are people participating that are concerned about its well being, I am fairly sure about the rules but I'll go double check the TOS again right now, truthfully I've never heard of anything like Mylot and I hope that It becomes a nice part of my life.
