With myself it depends on how sick I am. If I am really sick it is hard for me to sleep. I just am very uncomfortable no matter what I do. If I don't feel real sick I can sleep better. I'm less uncomfortable. So how do you slepp when you are under the weather?

I sleep fine when I am not feeling well. As a matter of fact, I want to sleep when I am not well. I am drained of energy and I am in pain. When I wake up, I would feel better and most of the time, the pain is already gone then.

True, sinus problem really sucks. My mom has it and if she falls asleep during the afternoon just for even 5 minutes, she would have a terrible headache throughout the rest of day.

I sometimes feel better when I have slepwhen I am sick. Not very often! I have sinus trouble, probaly a sinus infection again, and I have been sleeping ok which I am surprised I am! When I am really sick I can't! When I have headaches I can only sleep sitting up! Sinus trouble sucks!

I sleep really well when I'm not very well. I never take medications unless I need it so a simple pain killer can knock the wind out of my sails and can send me to sleep in no time. I only have a problem sleeping if I have one of those anoying coughs.

I wish I could sleep like that! I have tried to take pain relievers with sleeps aids in them but they don't work! The last time i took meds from the doctor I felt worse so now I feel sick again! I don't want to take any meds right now until I see a doctor who knows more about sinus trouble then my normal doctor!

It depends really. If I have a cold it can be difficult to drop off because colds always seem to be worse first thing on a morning and at night. If I have a bad stomach. like a period pain I take a couple of pain killers and when i wake up the pain has usually gone. It doesnt really take long for me to go to sleep but I suppose it depends on how tired I am.

I am currently sick with a sinus infection and sleeping better then usual. I'm not a good sleeper to begin with so this is surprising! When I am really sick I can't sleep. When I not to sick I can sleep normally. I keep waking up and roll over and fall back to sleep! I hate it! Being sick makes it worse!

It depends on what is keeping me down. I do not get very often, but when I do, I sleep like a rock. I suppose sleep is my answer to my ailments, migraines, dysmenorrhea and vertigo. Sometimes, I use sleep as the medicine to what ails me because I really hate taking medicine. I put it off until I really have to.

I'm not a good sleeper to begin with. So when I am sick I usually sleepp even worse then I do! Right now I have a sinus infection and I am surprised I have been slepping better then normal. The last time I had a sinus infection I took antibotics and felt worse so I slpet worse then i usually do! I don't want to see my regular doctor! I have had this problem off and on and I'm sick of it! I'm going to lok into a nose, throat specialist!

Well especially when i have cold, i sleep like anything. My body becomes so tired and i fall asleep. But when i have cough, i cannot sleep well and feel hard. The tablets or syrup can put me to sleep.

If it is a fever I like to take leave from work and take rest by sleeping. I don't prefer to cook at that time, but I like to eat something spicy with pickle and sleep the whole day. I can sleep pretty well if it is a fever. Once I suffered from chicken pox and I had a hard time with sleeping. I like to take rest when I am sick. I like it when my husband takes care of me.
