Why must we eat? Does God eat?

Why we must have some foods? Do you know why we must eat? I think it's a symbol of our dependency to God. God gives us food for our need and enjoyment. What do you think?

We don't eat only to live. Food is a blessing from God. When we eat it, we will give thanks to God. I think God does't need a food. The Creator dosn't need a creation to fulfill His need.. He doesn't need it.

Eat to live than Live to Eat... This is the simple motto! Yes, you have given the best interpretation, it is, I think, God's machinations! You have to relish whatever food god has given on your plate, if you crave for more, all I have to point is that there are people around this world who don't even get a mouthful of Morsel a day! So be thankful for whatever you have!
