No I don't! I've had irregular sleep hours for a year now since I started my shifting-schedule work. I can remember having only 2 hours of sleep then I'm going back to the office again..and 28 hours of not sleeping because we need to finish a task whew..but over the weekend I overly sleep for about 12 to 15 hours to cope up again haha=)
I know that we need seven to eight to keep us healthy but it is really hard to maintain that!..=)
Do you manage to get a complete sleep every day??? Share your stories..=)

Oh...
I can always sleep very tight.
Maybe you could take a cup of hot milk before you go to sleep.
I think it works for lots of people.
Since you started your shifting-schedule work, don't know whether you could,
you'd better take a catnap in the noon, that will make you full of energy in the daytime.

Amjadnis my name and sleepig is my game, lol. I love sleeping, there is anything better than sleeping. It's the sweetest thing especially when your hellishly sleep and your dying to get a nice nap. Well, i have this thing in me that if i am sleepy then i sleep no matter that wok i have or task to complete, i just sleep. During my exams if i am sleep and my preparation of paper is zero, still i go to sleep. Because i cannot do anything if i am sleepy, when your mind is totally fresh than your totally a different person. Example: in sleep
brain it will take more time to study and get your work done. If your mind is totally fresh than i can study and grab the concepts very fast.

But, I got one problem, the more I sleep the more i am sleepy lol. I don't know I can sleep whole week without taking any sleeping pills ...

What I don't like about my work is the shifting schedules that would disrupt my sleeping pattern. I usually sleep at 2am and wake up at 10am. But because of my new work schedule, I go to sleep at 6am and then I wake up at 10am have much trouble getting back to sleep because the atmosphere is not really conducive of sleeping.

I surely don't get the recommended 7 to 8 hours a sleep every night. I wish I did. I suffer because when I go to sleep I can't shut my brain off. Last night I got 8 hours of sleep but that was because I took a tylenol pm pill to help me sleep. I'm going to bed now and I hope to sleep good but I didn't take a pill tonight. I don't want to depend on anything to make me sleep.

No I haven't gone to a doctor because they will just try to prescribe sleeping pills and I don't want anything like that. I will just continue to try to get to bed at a regular time each night and pray to God to let me sleeps. Thanks so much.

actually since i only stay at home and have nothing to do then yes i have a very long hour of sleep. i can sleep anytime as long as i want without minding other people coz i also live alone. and if i sleep more hours i normally become more sleepy than if i sleep for only few hours.

Hi, khaezi. Right now, my two-year-old daughter tends to get up in the wee mornings. And it keeps me from getting all of my sleep. I am so tired. On a seven day basis, I may get my eight hours about 4 times a week if I am lucky. I love getting all of my hours of rest, it makes me feel refreshed and ready to start the new day.

Very rarely do I get the designated number of hours of sleep I need a night. Even on the week-end, it's a miracle for me to sleep in any later than 8am. However, I've always been one of those lucky people who doesn't need a lot of sleep to function properly, and have even had times where I have gone without sleep and managed to remain perfectly normal
