Some one please help me with my blog header!

Hello!
I currently have a blog and I am trying to change my layout and header. I use blogger, and they automatically shrink the image that you are using as a header to something to the tune of 768 pixels. My header is positioned on the left side of the page, instead of centered. I opened up the "edit html" tab on blogger, and I am completely lost as to where the header section is. I know a bit of HTML, but not enough, apparently. Someone help me get my header centered!

If you like the header I can tell you in detail how I helped my girlfriend set that one up. I even did the header for her, her choice of colours and design of course.
