Why do people like FarmVille

I was on Farmville for a while but if you lose any time on there weeds pot up and you lose things and it just gets nasty. I can't be on there every day and it is time consuming so I had to quit. It is nice to work together and so forth. It is a bit childish but not in a bad or demented way.

i like farm TOWN but i tried out farm VILLE and for some reason i hate it.. but i was addicted BAD to farm town but i eventually had to stop.. i was busy and i couldnt take the time to worry if my plants were dying etc and i was wasting a lot of time on there.. i barely play anything on fb now except maybe the scratch offs and i barely have time to log in lol..

I too love playing farmville as it is very interesting game indeed. It isn't a childish game to play, it is all about farming. And I don't think that it is childish. It is interesting because everyday we get something new to add to our farm or plany new palnts everyday. Other games also have new things to add up everyday but in farmville, the next day itself you can harvest or buy anything new you like. I also feel that money is easy to earn in farmville that other games. I really don't know why it is a popular game. Maybe some can have the same opinions like mine or even some won't have the same opinion. All I can say that it is an interesting game and so everybody loves to play it!

Friend As of the mylot members who responded says is kind of online farmgame. I enjoy playing for hours, it depends on interest of each people, if you are gardener and enjoys gardening then this may be lof ot fun and joy for you. You sow a seed, you watch them grow, I could say is a professional gardenning online. You have lot of opportunities and options to improve your garden daily, you add new plants daily,yes ofcourse all online and your neighbour cultivating. so all together my comment is it depends of peoples interest, for me its a good mind diverter, i get complete involved and am happy and joyful till am in the farm. I played farmville for quite sometime, I thought it's just for kids only to find out that even my colleagues who used to teach in the academe are also playing farmville. I got fascinated especially with giving of gifts to friends , I only joined my teenagers to bond with them but I mellowed because I spend most of my free time here at mylot.

I do have farmville. It is one game in facebook wherein you can plant, plow and harvest. I like this game because, just imagine it's your own farm, you decorate it and plant and buy whatever you've wanted. Buy as many buildings, or plant as many seeds as you wish. Before i'm crazy about this game but now, i only open my facebook account just to be updated with my friends, because now laying games is prohibited in our office, LOL, that's why

I play farmville. I am 23 female... so it kinda gives em something to do while im waiting for people to respond to msging on there.. its fun i think its cute.. getting me ready for summer.. I'm at level 35 :)

I don't play it. I won't bash people who do... I jut don't get the appeal. That said, I do play Scene It on facebook. Just a different game, I guess. :)

Each person has their own reasons for playing games. I also played Framville, but no it no longer. I prefer to open Mylot, if a chance to open internet.

Ha. I laughed so hard when I saw your question that I had to answer. I have never played it but I have seen a friend playing. I think it is so childish and kinda stupid. I will never use it. The point of facebook is not really to play games but to connect with friends. I always see the updates that "this friend" has gotten more animals or is looking for "this" in his farmville and it is so annoying. lol.

I don't play farmville. I used to receive tons of farmville invitations from friends, and I kept on deleting them. But the invitations kept coming, so I got annoyed and blocked the application so I don't get invites anymore. Hahaha! I used to play Farm Town, but later I realized its wasting my time because I need to work a lot to gain a lot on that game. I admit, I need to play some computer games once in a while, for relaxation when I need a break. I prefer playing restaurant city, because I'd just feed my employees once in four hours and that's it. If im too lazy to feed them, it's still ok,i dont lose anything so I can just play whenever I want, without pressure. (not like farm town that if I dont harvest on time, I lose the crops.)

:D that game is really bad :D i play it for about a month and now i hate it i don`t have time or power to play it anymore. I thing that maybe many people play it because i thing it is a type of the tamaghochy(if you remember it) and many people play the tamaghochy and liked it back in time.

I think it is the feeling of having built something and acomplished something. Nice but very time consuming and if you miss any time on there you lose stuff and things get nasty. I was on it for awhile and it is okay but not something I can keep up on because I can't get on there everyday.

I really dont know why people like that game. I guess people just have different interests. Lol

In my opinion,the reason why there are so many people like the FarmVill is that in this game people can plant all kinds of flowers and vegetables,raise many kinds of animals,such as pigs,cows,ducks,chickens and so on,which they hardly can do in actual life,it seems that they are farmers,all of these are fresh to them!

Before I was avid fan of playing farmville, but then i realized it's just a waste of time. Most of the busy people cant even open their email or text their love one's because they don't have enough time.
