pabreen I use only lip balm to moisten my lips because I can't go out with make up, I'm so conscious if I put lipstick. But I appreciate women who knows how to apply the right lipstick on themselves.

pabreen Yes, I agree with you, I've tried drinking water after I get out of bed and I felt the benefit. I was able to for go the pains I used to feel on my joints and I feel much stronger even if I keep moving the whole day. Thank you for sharing this to everyone.
