pabreen Hi watergirl, You know when I'm not feeling well my husband would cook sinigang na baboy or sinigang na bangus and I would drink plenty soup and I would feel better. Probably because of its sour taste, and the vitamin C taken from this food.

pabreen I had my toenails cut by a manicurist once but I got hurt, since then I never allowed my nails cut by anybody. I do it myself so that I'll be more careful.

pabreen when I was young I used to have junk foods as my snack but now that I aged I only eat fruits and vegetables as my snacks because I am now aware that these are good for my health. And I don't want to get sick because it is so expensive.
