sheanne Hello Anne, Actually yes, it does to me and so as with my mom and sister. We don't look at our age, other than with the healthy diet, lots of water, I guess it goes with the genes as well. It's so flattering isn't it? care to share your beauty secrets?

sheanne There are several types of fruits and that varies too on their vitamins and mineral contents. I think all fruits were healthy and vegetables like carrots too. I love Berries which are really good.
