I've been attending seminars on alternative medicine and its where I learned about the different kinds of sickness. During these days even men who are on their late 30's can now have prostate cancer, but if detected early it could easily be cured. With lots of food supplements and herbal products available these days it's not too scary if you are diagnosed to have prostate problem. It can be cured so long as it is not on its terminal stage.

Prostate cancer is one of the more serious forms of cancer. It only affects men (only men have a prostate gland) and usually occurs in late middle age (in one's fifties or sixties). If it is detected early, it can be cured quite easily and safely but if it is not detected until it is quite advanced it can easily and very quickly become fatal because the cancer spreads and affects other organs. An enlarged prostate is not necessarily an indication of cancer but should be treated, of course, with some urgency. Removal of the prostate is the usual way of dealing with it and this is not too complicated nor a life-threatening operation.
