Cinema or at home?

Hello there artsyfartsygypsy... whew what a long username..lol.. well, i prefer watching movies at home, since i can stretch my legs, i can do what i want when im watching and nobody will care if im going to laugh aloud and etc, no one will be disturbed by me.. Have a nice day!

Generally, i prefer go to the cinema, i love watching movies in a big screen while eating big pop corn whaha! But for a family activity i would prefer to stay at home and have fun with all of them by playing some games and watching rented movies.

For me, I would like for movie. Like what you said, we could enjoy together with everybody focusing their attention on the same thing. It's a shared happiness together. If we stayed at home doing our own things, it's not a genuine happy moments. Because we do not share the happiness together is such a way. But it's tough to have everyone having the same understanding. So, we can only do our best to stay close and connected with our loved ones, although they are not aware of the proper way to do so.

As much as I do occasionally enjoy going to the theater, I prefer watching movies at home. I find it somewhat more enjoyable and more relaxing. In this way, we don't have to hurry and catch a movie, or try to see what viewing of a movie is easier to catch with friends or something like that. I do enjoy going to the movie theater, but between the theater and home, for me home wins by a little.

I used to love to go to movies back when i was younger, but that was before the prices got so ridiculous to just get into a movie I'm not sure what it is now, but the last time that i went i went to the matinee just to get the cheaper price, because it was i think 7.00 just to get in for the adult tickets and I'm sure that they haven't gone down any in the years since i last went to see a movie. I prefer to stay at home, because you can relax make your own popcorn and for what it costs to get in to the movie theater you can get a brand new dvd with loads of extras and behind the scenes and you don't have to deal with lots of noise or phones going off or lots of screaming or anything like that. It is a lot of fun to stay at home, because you can do anything you want while you watch the movie and if you need to go to the bathroom or something you just pause it and resume right where you were and don't have to ask what did i miss. I have a great time staying in and relaxing with my significant other as she prefers staying home too and loves the dvd's, because there is all the extras and none of the commercials and its to the point where i can't watch a cable movie anymore, because of all the commercials.

I like staying at home and watching films because you can watch it you can stop your film when you want there is no problem if you don`t like the movie to stop it and when you are talking to your friends there is no problem and no one is shouting to you. :)

I prefer to stay home. I think the movie theater is a waste of money. I can get the movie online for free! Also, I like the personal touch when at home. Oh my that sounded a little dirty huh? Didnt mean to..

I think staying at home to watch movie with the rest of the family (could be yours or your bf) will be a good idea. At the same time you can do other activities as well like playing games, probably cook some snacks, chat and stroll after in the neighborhood if you got a little bit tired. Another advantage is that you wouldn't spend more that going to the movies. :) Maybe you can go to the movies with your BF alone. :) Enjoy!

hi. i like the dolby sound surround of cinemas but there are rather expensive if i keep on watching them every week so most of the time, i watch through my computer.

I think both activities are fun, it depends on the people involved and what their interests are. It is fun to see a movie at the theater. While it is a nice activity to do with someone, there could be lots of activities to do at home. As you mentioned, you could rent movies (and watch more than one film ) and play games at the same time. I think it would also be nice if some dinner or snacks are available at home. Though I like both, I think being at home could be more convenient and there are lots of activities to share with loved ones.

Well, I would prefer to watch movie at home or play games at home. But sometimes it's good to go to cinema to watch a movie, but not always. The reason is simple, now you can open the best cinema at you're own home, with some budget you can open it at you're own home. With new, High definition television are cheap and blu ray player are available watching movie with ultra clear screen , is mind blowing.

I like to watched movie at home on my computer..but when i heard about any movies popularity then i prefer to watched it at cinema hall or in multiplex... because to watching movies in multiplex you can enjoy movies fully.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always...

Cinema's always better. It is not so comfortable like at home, but better. yesterday i went to se Alice in Wonderland on IMAX 3D. It was awesome. the effects were the main thing that carried me away. The movie plot wasn't so stunning and something worthseeing in a normal cinema. The 3D was just astounding and as a whole I liked the movie very much. i preferred seeing it at the cinema to seeing it at home. It wouldn't have been so good. Have a nice myLotting :)

have u got such a strange emotion that uncomfortable because so many guys are watching the same movie with u? Their hurrahs and talking confuse u r views about the movie. i perfer to enjoy a good movie at home my own,with earphone, that's very important

These days I prefer to watch movies at home in the comfort of my living room where I can have drinks and nibbles, relax and kick off my shoes. When I think how expensive it is to go to the movies these days, home entertainment is the way ahead.

it has been a long time for going to a theatre but it is nice and fun going outside and watching a movie at the theatre. watching a movie at home is also good but it is not that fun i feel , but it also depends on ones interest. we feel good going out and watching a movie but the other may feel the opposite and like to watch it at home like in your case.

Well i love to go out, because all the time we stay at home. Going out is a different experience. A movie at theatre is all fun and i love those popcorns, my favourite. I will just love them on big screen with my love. Home i feel has not much fun.

It's hard to say. If I am alone, I perfer watching moives at moive theatre. The feeling at theatre is better than home. But, if my friends an I am together, I perfer watching moives at home, why, we can talking and laughing and eating, anything we want, but these are not allowed at theatre. How do you think? Ah?

I prefer going to the movies. There is really nothing like seeing a movie on the big screen with other people around. We have a very big screen tv, but it is still not the same. I guess I just like to get out for a while.
