It's good you have foucd that you are jealous and posseeesive type,if you can adjust the bad type, it will be perfect.Trying to trust your lover and also yourself,you will find your life will be more wonderfull.You need't to bo so nervous,just be relax,you will lead a colerful live.If not you will hate youself more and more ,even hurt your lover's heart ,and the ralationship has to go to the end .Nobody wants it happen.How about changing your attitude?

i used to be a jealous type of person. very jealous and possessive, not until i realize i am just hurting myself in doing so. for i could never be happy and i could not be at peace with myself. whenever my bf is not around, things are playing on my mind. reason why i search for a person i could really be trusted with, and someone who will reassure me with so much love and affection. i also tried to be kind to myself, and of course to my partner, whenever i get jealous right now, i talk to him and tell him i felt bad. i don't resort to throwing things anymore like what i did before.

jealousy is a sickness. this will rule you. Why not see a counselor to see why your so jealous and try to fix it. It is very unhealthy. Reality - you can have a wonderful relationship filled with love and trust.

Yes, I'm extremely jealous! I'm not the type of person that will secretly read my boyfriend's text messages, but I do let my jealousy get the better half of me. I tend to get defensive towards him and start to ask questions a lot. Talking to other girls make me jealous, regardless of who they are, but I try to let him have his friends.
