I severly need to get motivated....help

I have been telling myself for the longest time to do things that need to get done. But I can't seem to get started. I did do some cleaning but that really hasn't helped. I've just sat here on the computer reading blogs and surfing webs. Please help me find something to motivate me to get up. I can't seem to finish anything either, and when I start to thinking of something to start it depresses me.
