So I read an article today that helps remind us that the treadmill information on how many calories burned has a 10% margin. So you think you burned off 300 calories, but reminder it's an estimate and most likely overestimating....

catalystsnstars I don't think the treadmill technically lies, it just makes the best estimate of your results. My sister told me once that the treadmill is a little under sometimes. If you feel you've burned more calories than it's saying, then you probably have. By the way...
