Do you appreciate others?

yes i do appreciate others. i send letters of appreciation , thanks and recognition to my staff who performs excellently. i give them credits for the work well done. i recommend them for promotion and good or excellent increments. for others like relatives and friends who attend functions where i invite them, i send them thank you notes after the events. nowadays i send them thank you sms via handphones or emails as time have changed. at service counters where the service is very good, i fill up the survey forms and put in the name or names of the personnels who served me. at other times , i smile and say thank you and i mean it. this is my say, aval.

yes i really appreciate other because this will boost up their morale if we appreciate them they will try to do some act which they are not able to do

Yes, I really appreciate others for their work because It's is a genuine and interesting work. We praise their artistic or beautiful creation.

Yes I do appreciate when they really done a great job because I think it's very to appreciate other for their work because it's make you more confident.

Hi friend, Appreciating other's efforts, or other's qualities , other's achievement etc is very important for team work, better relation management and work management. When one's work/efoort /quality is appreciated, he/she gets motivated to perform better, and offers his/her best for work at hand/team/relations. As regards me, yes, i always appreciate sincere effirts, achievement and good quality of people with whom i interact, in office as well as in social contacts. Happy myLotting

When they do me a favor , Yes i do :)

I am not that into appreciating others..but when they do something really above the mark or a real deal then i just have to appreciate them. Its like they earned it. It does matter whether the work that other person has done is related to me or not but not always. Sometimes i appreciate my siblings just because they could do better in whatever they are engaged or aspire, there are no selfish thoughts while doing that.

Appreciation should be given even if the others have done a small but a rather good deed to be appreciated of
