tatineni85 i used to eat banana after my lunch before i got into diet...now am eating more of water melons,pomegranates,guava,oranges,Apples....Among all i truly love to eat mangoes in summer...Apples,Oranges,Grapes n pomegranates are my all time favourites...

tatineni85 its common in most people that worry disturbs sleep...we just go on thinking of the worries n tht tension keeps us awake or half-sleep...so its better to divert our mind onto something else before going to sleep
