i lost 6kgs in 1n half month.. suggest me ways to reduce another 10kgs

Have you ever tried the breating yogic exercises as taught by Ramdeb Baba of India, try this, it will keep your weight right, means if you are underweight, you gain weight, if overweight, you lose..

Keep continue your yoga, walking and aerobics. And don't take any unhealthy junk food in that time. There is some food which cut the fat take such as food. Like sweat potato, orange and cheese. Or batter you search in website. drink much water and take your food timely.
