dreamsharmin Personally i know some of them. Some are herbal tea or juice.I don't know why i don't feel safety moreover than i can't eat so many things specially they suggests not to eat at night.And it's quite expensive.Well may be one day i will try it too.

dreamsharmin Thanks for information. I am trying my best to loose wait. Soon i will join swimming as it helps to loose calorie.I don't like fruits.Though i like vegetable.But the problem is i can't stop myself to eat rice. And rice contains more calorie.

dreamsharmin Food hurts your stomach?Usually food hurts weak stomach. Otherwise normal stomach is enough strong to fight with any kind of food. You can drink yoghurt after your meal which will help your stomach to be strong. So good luck!

dreamsharmin No i am not into it. Usually when i go some new place i try to visit the famous place or beautiful place. So usually i don't waste lot of money for eating when i travel.Though i love to eat.
