which meal is the most important for you?

hello. for me i have three meals per day. breakfast, lunch and dinner. breakfast and luch are the most important for me because i need colories to accomplish my work and i hate to eat a lot at night to sleep well. what about you?

The most important meal for me is breakfast as it is the start of the day and my mom wouldn't let me to leave the house without eating my breakfast so I really have to eat it. We are the same because I also hate to eat a lot at night.

for me its dinner! i can skip breakfast and lunch and still work comfortably but sleeping on a empty stomach? never my tummy will wake me up..and will give me a hyper acidic stomach later in the morning. my least favorite meal is lunch, especially when hot weather strikes, my tummy would be filled with cold water rather than a yummy meal.

I have three meals a day, but for me, the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day is true. If I want to function well throughout the day, I really need to eat breakfast. As the day goes on, I'll be eating less, so I like to make sure I eat breakfast whenever I can.

As I tend to skip all the others, dinner is most important to me. At daytime I get quite busy and couldn't ever eat in a hurry. So it all comes down to dinner. If I miss that too, I'm really starved! BTW I'm hungry all the times

Well, the most important meal to me is our evening meal. Not because of the nutritional content or anything, but because it's a family occassion. Every night I cook and we all, as a family, sit together, enjoy our food and talk about our day.

Dinner is the important meal for me. I don't care much about breakfast and lunch. I will be happy if I can have good food in the morning and afternoon. I will be very happy to have good food at night. It will make up for the hardships I had during the day. I will be happy to end the day with a good meal which makes me feel that the whole day was good.

I believe all meals are important for me to stay healthy. However, I feel to get my day started in a good way I need to have a healthy breakfast. I usually will have cereal mixed with fruits such as banana, cranberries and raisins. Along with that I would have a cup of tea. Once a week it would be eggs toast and maybe to strips of bacon.

Hi Floridia, Te most important meal for me is breakfast and Dinner. I eat complete healthy breakfast and if I skip lunch it doesn't matter but dinner is equally important. My mom says one should not sleep empty stomach..and everyday I eat well in dinner. A good breakfast provides the nutrients that people need to start their day off right. Dinner is the important meal in the daily or another cycle of meals, typically requiring more formal culinary arrangements, table trappings, and etiquette, and probably more abundant foods and drinks. Thanks.

Want to know my view...then listen.... Most important meal not for me for everybody..is the breakfast...because we have to do lots of works in morning time..and that need lots of energy to the body..and my second choice is lunch and then dinner...not to so much work at that time...

The most important meal of the day for me is LUNCH. I am not a breakfast eater. I can do with coffee in the morning. I cannot function well without my sufficient caffeine fix. I don't feel hungry in the morning. But come 12nn ... that's the time my system starts looking for something to digest.

hi floridia. i don't normally take breakfast except for a cup or two of hot coffee. but my lunch is somewhat earlier than usual. and that's usually heavier than dinner slightly before dusk.

The same goes for me too. I don't eat dinner since I'm on diet right now. And I'll get fat if I eat a lot during dinner. You see, cholesterol synthesis happens at night so those who are on diet or are getting fat should avoid heavy meals at night. So I have to eat breakfast the following day to make up for dinner the past day.

There's this saying that I've heard quite a lot of times , "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day". I don't know, not for me I guess, although it's not very healthy to skip breakfast - I'd say, I choose dinner to be the most special and important meal of the day. Because that's usually the time my family spend our time together over dinner, and we talk a lot , it's like bonding time for us. It's really sweet. And food for dinner is usually good. My mom's a good cook. Lunch is usually rushed as we had to go to school as kids, but takes time to be cooked, making it more special.

Lunch is the most important meal for me. I dont get to eat a lot in the morning cause I wake up late and I dont usually eat breakfast anymore. Lunch time is when I also get hungry so I really have to have to have something. I also dont eat a lot at dinner time cause I am on a diet and I exercise at night so its not very helpful is I am going to eat a lot.
