dzeanne I suggest you consult the doctor first since you said you're having migraine almost everyday. There may be an underlying condition that should be treated and not with analgesics alone. NSAIDS like ibuprofen, paracetamol, and mefenamic acid are not recommended...

dzeanne Yeah, I've done that a couple of times before especially when I'm angry with someone in front of me. I think it's a pretty good way to control your anger, but usually, I cry when I'm angry just to let it all out.
