widodo2010 just try it not in front of the person...if we do that you will have another strange feeling...yes you get down the anger but you will also get other than that...

widodo2010 I usually do like you when I get angry, I am trying not to talk to others and sometimes try to forget it. But at the end I found that this only a temporary solution for me. Why? because when I remember again about the way I get angry then it goes...
