I believe that everyone will be happy for some words or some actions .
I have a intimate friend ,she is a cute girl
she are very easy to get angry .
when she gets angry and she are very sad . but when I speak some words and she will laugh immediately .I will say that you are sad and need not head down. then you want to smile and head down laughing . I can not know it .
you want to smile ,you payable to smile .
I will be happy rapidly when I see the favorite things as food and clothes etc.
what about you ?

I always turn to my music and friends when I am down. They always tend to cheer me up. Also I like making jokes with my friends and just being with them and chatting.
Another thing I like to do is watch some funny video on YouTube, they have some very, very funny content on their!

i am not really sure, but i guess seeing my lovely nieces would make me temporarily forget the bad things and be happy. i said it will be temporary because i am the kind of person that really thinks a lot about the things i have in mind - i can get easily bothered...

I totally agree! For me, it has to be my kids. A hug or a kiss makes all the difference. Children are truly wonderful angels, despite tantrums and whinings.

Believe even the tough moment will pass away like clouds, good or bad will have its end and stay happy.

When I am sad or down, it's hard for me to get happy quickly. But since I met my husband, he taught me to express my emotions rather than keeping them, since then I could be happy quickly by sharing good emotions with him..Most of the time, he would play some goofy music because I react immediately and laugh hard, then everything goes well and fun!

You are lucky indeed. It was ages ago when I last consider havin' a best friend. Now I have good friends but could not pinpoint the best among them. I wish I can have one too, someone to turn to at a snap of a finger.

Well, there are so many things that can make me happy rapidly. Like if my mother kisses me or when someone kisses me, that would instantly make me happy. I also rapidly become happy whenever I get to see my friends or just have a chance to talk to them, that makes me happy easily. Or when someone makes me laugh, I'm easy to be happy.

hi ypyanyan,
Whenever I am sad,it took days before I can move on again. Yes, there are things that can make me smile rapidly but not to the extent that can make me happy rapidly. Whenever I see a letter, a gift, or a picture of person/s who became a part of my life, it makes me smile for a while. Somehow, it makes me forget the reason of my sadness.
Well, I can pretend those stuffs can make me happy. I can force myself to smile. But those are just fake feelings and fake smile. I think that is just a negative side of me that I must avoid with.

When I am going through a rough time in my life, I think that it is very important to spend some time with my friends. It doesn't have to be anything special that we are doing, as long as I am spending time with people that are outside the four walls of my house. This year has been especially difficult for me so far, and I've been able to find my sanity by going to the movies with my new best friend. More than anything, having her as a part of my life makes me happy quickly.

When i am sad i need something to lift my spirits back up. Looking at old family photos is a good mood lifter for me. Memories can make all the difference in a mood. I also can be happier by listening to my fsvorite Bon Jovi son which is Livin on a Prayer. Any other happiness motivators are just extra icing on the cake.

Thinking of something good like happy moments, my favorite tv show and favorite food, and special people in my life can make me happy when I'm sad. I also like to eat ice cream when I'm sad. And talking to people also works for me. If I'm feeling kinda low and then someone just talks to me out of the blue, it makes me forget about my sadness and then shifts my attention to the one who's talking. And I can forget about sad things easily. I'm the type of person that does not dwell on matters that would give negative vibes to me.

there is a very nice guy that is a friend of mine, well he always incidentally come to my house every time i feel sad, he always makes me laugh just so easy, he will just say he is handsome enough to have a lot of girlfriends, but that is only a joke for us, he always think he is handsome, but yes it is true, he is cute, tall, and very gentleman yet it still a joke for me, he always brag some sort of things that is impossible to have. I dunno, when he smiles, i smile too; when he laugh, i cannot take to not laugh at all. We are so true to each other also, i have no secrets to him, he know me very well. Such a great man he is.

Well first off, I would love to congratulate you on your improved english, you will be better then me at it in no time, if you keep this up. I was reading the notifications of your posts, and I was just so happy, how much better it is getting.
Secondly, I find that when I am sad, or upset. The best thing for me to do is smile. Smile until I win, that is the bad feeling loses. At first, I feel kind of ridiculous, especially when I first heard of the practice, but I tried it, it works.
So I smile until I win. The explanation given, is that feeling and action go hand in hand, so if you force the action, the feeling will come. And if you imagine good things happening, like sunshine and the smell of lilacs, and hugs. You can win even faster.
But even better then forcing myself to smile, is having someone appreciate me, and show love for me.
With Love and Appreciation my friend.

Hi,for me,when i feel sad,the funny film or comedy will makes me happy.
When i watch a movie,i real get involve in it,feel just as the actor or actress in the movie. So finding a comedy or happy ending film can help me forget my sad and trouble, laugh as the people in the movie.
Also read a happy ending novel can cause the same effect on me,i will smile for the happiness of other people.

Chocolates! They never fail in making me smile. There's a scientific explanation of course...(and i know I gotta watch my blood sugar) but it's more of psychological for me, I guess. Pair it with Nora Jones music and it's gonna be perfect! It's food and music therapy for me. I guess it stirs a lot of emotions. Just like when I put on my power cologne before going to an important event... it should remind me of a wonderful feeling.
