Do you go for a walk?

do you prefer to go go for a walk in the morning or evening.Well i prefer to go for a walk in the evening as in the morning there is too much rush in my area.Do you go for a walk Everyday or on some days?
Recent studies have suggested that even going for a walk every day could be very beneficial for our health.

I don't go every day, but on the days I do go I prefer to go in the evening. I love ending the day with a peaceful walk with my dogs and enjoy seeing nature after a busy day at the office or school. Its refreshing and I am always really relaxed afterwards.

As you said that you prefer to go in the evening with your dogs for a walk,well i do the same and i take my friends along with me,so that we could spend some time together and enjoy.

I go for a walk everyday to and from the office. I noticed that clothes are slowly but surely becoming loose. I have to do this everyday because I have no other alternative. I may have a driver's license but I'm not that confident in driving just yet.

Yes, I do really enjoy going for walking outside. There is just something relaxing about it. Not to mention, yes it is in fact good for our health. Not only our physical health, but our mental health as well. It can allow us to unwind as we walk around outside. Not to mention it is nice to breath in the fresh air and enjoy the sights and sounds.
I think I enjoy walking outside all of the time. When weather permits, I try to go as often as I can. Unfortunately, that cannot be as often as I would like. Still, it is fairly often enough. As for when I would actually want to go walking outside, it really does not matter for me. Any time is good. Morning tends to be a good time for the most part however, as it would allow me to breath in some fresh air and awaken me a little bit. Still like I said, any time is a good time to go walking, as far as I am concerned.

Yes you are right walking is not only good for our physical health but its also good for our mental health and i enjoy walking.

I go for a walk usually in the afternoon when the weather is warm and there is no snow and ice. Generally when I do go for walks, I take my dogs with me, usually one at a time. Since it's been 50 degrees, and I've just started my walking after months of not walking, I take each dog for an hour walk, which equals to two hours of walking time for me.
I remember one year it was the 80s, I had taken my dogs for a three hour walk. We had water with us, so no worries there. For some reason though, Keisha didn't want to drink, but to keep moving. Shadow Jr drank most of it.
Walking during the early afternoon or toward the evening is generally relaxing for me, provided there are no dogs trying to get out at mine. I do most of my thinking when I'm walking, plus it's the best way to lose weight in my opinion.

Yes you are absolutely right walking is very good and easy way to keep our weight under control.Well i don't go in the noon as its very hot in my part of world,so i prefer in the evening with my friends,to have some relaxing time as well as exercise.

Hell0! i prefer going for a walk in the morning because I like to enjoy the day from its beginning and not from its end :)
I also like to watch the early sun and how it slowly goes up and shiny my way :)

well i also try to go in the morning but due to rush in my area i prefer once or twice a week in the morning.I am regular in the evenings.

Yes, I've heard of a research saying that walking for just 30 minutes each day would make a person healthier. Going for a stroll is fun and healthy. I like taking a walk in the evening sometimes where I can take my time and enjoy the scenery. Walking in the morning is fine too but it's just that in the evening I know that all the day's chores are done, I have no more classes and I can just take my time enjoying myself.

I usually take a walk in the evening. I usually can't do that during the daytime, because I have to be at school. I also can't go for a walk every day, because I just don't have enough time for that. I usually go out for a walk with a friend or two of mine.

It's funny how you realize a lot of things when you're walking in an unhurried manner.
I take a lot of walks to clear my mind whenever I'm stressed out.
My drummer, Kym and I usually go on long walks as well to discuss certain things.
In the process we get to exercise both mind and body.
People should walk more

Yes, I would usually go for a walk in the afternoon and go get me a coffee and I would spend time going through stores in the center and just browsing sometimes. A lot of ideas come to me that way.. :)

ofcourse i do go for a walk as i am trying to reduce my weight...initially it used to be very tough for me...i used to find reasons to avoid walk..i used to feel very much pain in my legs...at a stage i am completely vexed with wht i am trying to do even though its for my health...but one day i sat alone thinking of all the issues happening in my life..i questioned myself wht i am contributing to myself to achieve not all but atleast few of the things that will make me fit and confident...so i decided to go for a walk compelling myself...pain used to bother me a lot..but i tried to concentrate on my walking style instead of the pain thinking of the ways to improve my speed day-by-day...it has been 2 months i started walking..a walk in the early morning keeps u really fresh all the day..i go for a small walk after my dinner..

I prefer to go before 7am before the rush of the day starts. I know that,if I wait till later, i'll get distracted by other stuff that needs doing. I used to walk with my dad all year round and we would normally do about 3miles before breakfast. I dont go as often or as far now i go alone.

Its great to go for a walk in the morning and i hope that you continue doing it.By going for a walk we get charged up and all our body parts start to function properly.And its great for our mood also.

i love to walk .. i dont care its morning or evening

I walk a lot on a daily basis, but I admit that sometimes, when I have nothing to do, I go for a walk too. It can be in my neighbourhood or in a nearby city. It's a relaxing thing, and a good way to spend time, do some sightseeing and some exercise too

I do, not that i want to but after my job i need to walk like a hundred meters or so until i reach my destination. Sometimes it can be really tiring but as you said im pretty much aware of the benefits as well.Its just that it can be really irritating when your walking and its really hot in the summer ;)
