I'm 4 months pregnant and currently hold a very important position in our company. I usually gets over stressed because of too much work. I manage 4 managers who don't seem to know what they're doing. I have to baby-sit each one of them to get their job done. This is why I get so stressed out every day. How do I manage this?

Hi! I think you need to take a nutritional food supplements to support your health and your baby. Due to stress ,you spent a lot of energy after awhile you feel exhausted and very tired. Based on studies, most stressed people are prone to diabetes (they called it degenerative disease)... In your case you should take a minimal work don't take too much.Just give instructions to them and they will do their job you don't need to baby-sit them. One thing you need to know is to trust your people. Anyway, this is the product recommendation for pregnant Optimal recommendation Nutritional Supplements breakfast lunch dinner Essentials 1 1 1 Active Calcuim 1 1 2 Biomega 1 1 2 It's good to seek Doctor's advice. It's very likely that your managers are perfectly competent but, because you are always there to help them out, they have come to rely on you 'baby-sitting' them. Try to bring yourself round to believing in them and trusting them and EXPECTING them to work on their own so that you can concentrate on your own work. I know this may be hard but - believe it - it is mostly YOU that are causing YOURSELF the stress, not the people under you. You hold the position you do because YOUR superiors believe in you and trust you and also, presumably, because you are flexible and competent enough to learn how to manage other people. Believe in that and pass it on to the people you manage!

Since you are working you will have stress, but over load of work is not good for your health now coz you are pregnant. Take a while rest and go back to work. Like that give little intervals between the work. If you have a rest room better you take rest for atleast 5 mnts. Take some one help if they are friendly in your office. Managing 4 managers is a big thing. You should have proper food, rest and sleep while you are pregnant. Better consult your doctor she will guide you in a better way coz she knows your health condition.
