Do you get a hair cut regularly and how many times - is it once a month or in 45 days ? and then do you always go to the same place and always look for the same chap to cut your hair.
earlier when younger and had a lot of hair I used to get a hair cut very regularly once a month to the same place and look for my favourite barber. Now of course there is hair but very thin and once in 2-3 months for a hair cut suffices

hell0! yes, I regularly cut my hair because I prefer to have a little bit shorter hair. I go every two months to the hair-cutter and i am really pleased with it, because he cuts my hair really fast and good too :)

Hi uday,
I am a lady and have long hair but I never visited a saloon for hair cutting. When I was a kid, a person used to visit our house frequently for cutting hair for our family members, like father, grandfather, uncle, brother etc. He knows well when a family member needs a hair cut so accordingly he can visit our home. Not only at our house but he was doing the hair cutting for every home near to our place (in my native). Now he is not alive and anybody needs a hair cut, should go to the saloon.
Now I will trim my hair myself once in a month which is good for hair and its growth.

Hi Sreekala\
We also had a chap coming regularly to, our house every month to cut my father's hair & mine & my uncle's as well - those days we preferred that - and that time there were many such barbers who would visit residences and had a regular clientele but that breed is now extinct- I don't see them anymore -& about 20 years back he( my regular barber) stopped due to old age problems & he said that his sons were too shy to take up that occupation - one of his sons became a CA and another a Doctor both doing very well but this old man continued with his profession as he was very much fond of his occupation and also said that he had self-respect and did not want to live off his sons though both were earning much much more in a month than he could do in a year; anyway now I have to go to the saloon once in 45 days or so. But my wife and daughters trim each others' hair rather than go to the saloon and pay for some non-nonsensical styles!!

hi udayrao2 well I have been getting a few hints about having a hair cut but long hair does actually look good on me rather than very short hair, but myfriends all seem to like to have almost mannish hair styles. I will wait a few more weeks, then just a trim as I want my hair long, okay so i am a senior citizen and why cannot I wear my hair long if I want to? Its still my hair, still my choice? he he.

Ya Hatley
Elderly people ( males) in fact as you say look better with longer hair - I used to have very short hair -what they call a crew cut) but after crossing 55 I have started keeping it a bit longer- wifey & daughters say that looks regal and very impressive and attracts better respect!! But not long so that it covers the ears and the neck - then would look like a hippie of the 70s.

i cut my hair once every year coz i want it long and i guess its easy for the hair to grow longer if it will cut, when i was in college i used to have short hair thats why i need to cut it every month to maintain the length of it.

I don't have a certain haircut. When I go to the barber, I let her cut my hair shorter and create a certain form on my head, but I guess you cannot call that one a real haircut. I go to the barber like once two months and I always go to the same person.

Hi,there.I seldom cut my hair let alone cut it regularly.I have so many fears about going to a barbershop.I cut my hair only it's too long or splitting. And after I cut my hair ,I feel uneasy just like losing some important things.

My hair is down to my waist and I cut it myself. I'll do it when I feel it has to be done. Id say about every 6 months and I only cut off about 1/8".

Yes i cut my hair but not regularly. It's once about 2-4 months.
And yes i choose my favorite hair cut shop always and i look for my favorite barber.
But when i was kids then i cut my hair once a month and different shop. There was no particular shop.
But now i am very sensitive for my hair.

i really dont like cutting my hair because I like it to grow longer. But if its too long I definitely go to a salon and cut it but only for 2 to 3 inches. right now, i'm letting my hair to grow longer because i want to make it curly.
