love or money(career)?

Hi redheart, Both, love and money, are important to us and have a different roles in our live. Without one of those then our life is not as good as it should be. But if I had to choose between these two then I will go for money first. It seem so materialistic for some people but I just want to be realistic. In today world, love would not give you your foods, shelter and insurance or security. That is the basic things in our life. But money would. You can have a healthiest foods being served, a comfortable house where you can live in and a security, not only in term of safety but also for future survival. In real world, if you ask these question to those who hardly make their living then most of them (if not all) would give the same answer as mine. Only those who has all their needs that money can buy choose for love. It is a reality. We are in fantasy if we say we love is more important then money. Ask yourself (this question is not applicable if you are rich and can provide all those in question). Would you married to someone who is broke? Can not give you a place to stay, foods to eat and safety?

Actually I never think on this matter seriously. Both are from different aspect. And I think no one stand on the way of other. In life people need to take step with balance of different think. If we bring both the think love and career in contradictory state then it will stand as barrier stone on the way of life. Love and career are like the two wheels of a cart. Both move on the same way but never stand one on the others way.

I would go with love first than money, the peace is when you are relaxed and you are relaxed when you are loved by someone special or you have a support of love, Yeah true money is important without which love is difficult, but without love only money cant lead you good life

The cause of social problem here in the Philippines, both husband and wife separated, relatives commit crime because they not barrow a penny money, both lovers can't do their responsibility and broke, annulment case rise because of money, both husband and wife got another someone to live because of money. Love is not enough if no money, Filipino have more money myths to prevent love even eat only cooked banana, Love of Money is the root of all evil but only for love, money is neutrals may evil may good depend on hand of negative and positive people like if you don't know what is want rather than needs or asset and liabilities like buying a cloths, shoes, etc. and realize you didn't needed it at the same time you need emergency fund for your needs and the lack of money can effect the most important things in your world. A beggar if you give one thousand or more pesos you think tomorrow his not come back to beg you again of course yes, he like to beg again and looking and expect if someones give another one thousand and the beggar said Oh!Thank God..you again me again another one thousand.. for me if I love someone I'm trying to change the way we think of money and understand the power of money to become prosperous on this world.

Love is first,health is second, money is the last one. If there is no love in your life, there is no joy of life. If sick, the life is also no interest.

i wud go for career... it s a vicious cycle.. 1. make a good career 2. good career in turns leads to more money 3. more money leads to popularity 4. popularity will get you many relationships 5. many relationships will end up wid u fallin in love wid someone special 6. dat some one special will leave you for your money.. 7. you lose your money as alimony for ur divorce 8. as result of your failed marriage and divorce ur career will suffer. 9. back to point 1.. best advice wud be work hard in ur career bt try to make money very important as it will start ruling your life for you.. love wil come and go nowadays bt ur happiness is wat counts.

I now know a person needs both! I always say follow your bliss. find the job that makes you happy and then find the person who makes you happy.

I think if I really have to choose one, I will go for career first. And everything's okay, I will get my love back.

If i were to chose I'd rather have my career than choosing love for without it I couldn't support my soon-to-be family if I'm choosing love rather than career. You can love while you are persuading your career but the important thing there is be sure you know how to balance it.

Really hard to think to which is which but i guess I will choose love because when im in love I dont think that much. lol...I know that money is always there and you just need to work more for it.. Love first then focus on money and career for the family. God bless

I think that we have to learn how to have both things at one time because sadly we can`t live without money but the love is also realy important, so people should find way of mixing both things and being happy with their work and treir love.
