I love all the fuss made by famly and friends for my birthday! As usual, i dinner with friends and/or family and then normally there are some bevvies in that equation later on. I also receive phone calls and emails from friends...

How do you relax?

I relax by sitting in the backyard under the gazebo, listening to music, usually with a drink and watching the wildlife (birds and squirrels fight over the birdseed^^). HOw do you relax? Let share your experience!

I try hard not to lie, but in cases where I'm aware telling the total truth would be hurtful, i know i do commit "spin" on a situation, if not fibbing. Be honest now, how often do you really lie? Let people know your opinion!

I occasionally go out to eat with some friends. Even though i truly believe cooking your own food at home is healthy a meal maybe one or two meal every week wouldn't be so bad. And you, how often do you go out for a meal?
