I listen to music, play with my child, go on walks, and sometimes just lay down for awhile in a quiet dark setting. I enjoy the simple things and they are free.

I take a warm and deep bath so relax me. I put some essential oils like lavender in it. I play classical music and rest myself. I read a novel or a travel book. I take my dogs out for a walk to the coast or the countryside. I like to listen to dance music and do a workout. I enjoy looking at old photos of travel destinations I have been to. I love to watch wildlife like birds in my garden and animals in the countryside. When I am overseas spending time on a tropical beach is very relaxing for me.

Wow what you said sounds very relaxing! I don't have a gazebo or backyards so I simply lay down on my bed to relax. Sometimes I watch tv, sometimes I read books. But now I rarely do that. I have a baby and she keeps me busy :p

Relaxing is one time of the day that I've been looking forward to everyday. As a mother, I have a busy schedule. From cooking breakfast in the morning to cooking dinner at night. In between includes washing the clothes, cleaning the clutter, watering the plants, feeding and giving baths to the pets, going to market, assisting children with school assignments, sending and fetching children to school, working on-line at home. I really find it hard to find time to relax everyday. Much as I want to take a short nap in the afternoon, I can't do so. Time is my number one enemy. I can't cope with it. But when I do, I relax by reading Filipino romance pocketbooks. It really relaxes me and fantasizing is one of my hobbies.

I like this discussion, listening to other people is usually relaxing for me, even if they rare voicing out their problems I can still take time to like listening to them but not forgetting to give my advice or opinion, when I'm alone I usually listen to music like instrumentals, I seldom like noisy music except for parties and when I'm with my friends. I sit down turn the music and just think of anything I can think of like my family and friends, I think about happy times because it is relaxing thinking of problems is just depressing and can destroy the mood, and just by sitting around and thinking I can relax.

Since I moved into my house a month ago, I love sitting out on my screened in porch. My pup loves being out there too. I love listening and watching the birds around our yard. I also love hearing the laughter of the children playing a few houses away. I got a wooden rocker for the porch, and I just love sitting out there. I'll be out there more as the days get longer and warmer.

I lay on my bed listening to a mellow music. I sleep. Sometimes I want to go in a peaceful place. In a mountain or any place with natural nature. I want to breath the fresh air because I feel relax everytime I'm there. I feel aT EASE. That's how I relX.

As far as I am concerned, I think I usually do a lot of things for a relex. First thing that I will do is tio play the computer for some a while. Then I think I will just listen to the music to enjoy the life. What is more,I think I will do a lot walk in a quiet place. That is the way that I am used to relax.
