We all know that smoking is very bad for health. Quitting smoking is not easy, but you can do it. All you just need is determination. I know it, I've done it! There are many ways on how to, here are some:
An exercise program can help feel free of stress, try going out for a gym.
Cut back on cigarettes keep it with a gradual speed. This situation would call for clear cut plan as to "how many cigarettes you will smoke everyday reducing the number following each day, you buy only 1 pack at a time.
Drink a lot of water. Drinking of more water would help flushing out nicotine and chemicals out of your body.
Avoid triggers, learn to plan alternative means and way to deal with the trigger like you feel smoking when in stress, at the end of a meal, arrival at work, entering a bar etc...
And most of all build up a strong belief in you blended with stronger will power to quit smoking. Consider giving up smoking as one of the hardest thing you've done in your life. It's all up to you!

most people who are addcited to smoking or have it as a daily habit have a hard time stopping. they get used to smoking and they feel incomplete if they wont be able to smoke. it has alot of harmful effects to our health and it could really kill us in just a glimpse. its just so hard to make smokers understand the bad effects of smoking. its not just a waste of money but also your life owuld be wasted too.

I'm presently working on trying to quit. I haven't smoked in 24 hours. I know that's not a BIG amount of time, but I'm happy to have made it this far! If i can just get through 72 hours, my body will feel better. It's just soooo hard! I'm using the tips you have mentioned to try to not think about smoking, and replace the habit. I can't wait for the feeling of wanting to smoke to go away.

I don't find stopping the habit that hard. I can if I wanted to. But right now, I don't want to, so I don't even try.
