Photography Software which is simple and will resize images.

Try Irfan view .. Simple , yet sooooo efficient

I would recomment Irfanview. It doesnt take up much of ur memory. Plus it is really fast and a little more easier to use than the standard picture viewer that comes along with Windows XP. Copying parts of an image and also resizing is easy. To resize use: ctrl + R I use it very often (the resize part of it).

Even paint will resize your pictures, if that's all you're looking for.
