I loved doing these as a child. A colleague mentioned earlier that he goes for one with him daughter on the weekend and that reminded me!
Do you go for an Easter Egg Hunt? Did you as a child? How old were you when you stopped?

I don't remember when it was that I stopped easter egg hunting. It was a lot of fun when I was younger though, but now we're not going on any easter egg hunt's, and probably won't until hubby and I have children.
I love Easter!

I agree, it's really fun to watch them hunt. Hubby and I have a niece and nephew, it's my sister's kids. My sister was so mean growing up, she hid them so well, her and I think my cousin or maybe it was my brother. They hid them so well they had to go back and find them!

I'm the same. I'd love to do it again once I have children. I think watching them is half the fun!

That's the good thing about having young relatives. You can enjoy the childrens fun without appearing childish.

we dont have easter egg hunting here in our country though the whole family just go out for picnic and have fun. though i saw it in the movie where they tried to decorate the egg or put different color in it, i wonder if its cook or not and what will happened if someone get it, is theres money or surprised inside or its really a pure cook egg.

The eggs we decorated as children were empty. You put holes in the top and bottom and blow the egg out just keeping the shell. With the eggs content you then make cakes. The easter egg hunt was either chocolate eggs or cooked eggs to eat. It would be cruel to have kids searching for raw eggs they'd clutch once found! :-)
