Green tea is anti-stress, relaxing and motivating. It's meditative, that means when you drink green tea you enter a state of mild meditation. It's theanine that gives green tea these relaxing effects. Drink without sugar. So next time will you drink regular tea or green tea?

I started buying green tea a couple of months ago because I wanted to lose weight and I heard that it fastens your metabolism . So I make myself three times a day tea and drink it with lots of pleasure . I actually enjoy it without sugar . I can say that maybe it helped lowing the level of stress and relaxed me , but mostly I think it eliminated the toxins out of my body . But about the motivation part I don't know what to say . Also I know that to get these effects it has to be real green tea .

I really don't like tea. And green tea. No way.
I hate such a tea. But i also know it's really good for health.
Green tea cut the fat of abdomen.
So who wants to be slim they can drink green tea regular. I am not fat so need this.
So next time i will not drink green tea or tea regular.

some say brands differ, this may be the case, drinking green tea without sugar is important and you mustn't drink any beverages for sometime before and after drinking green tea. Also though you don't feel anything immediately by time green tea may improve your brain.
