Fruit juice or real fruit?

Do you prefer fruit juices or real fruits? How often do you drink fruit juices? Do you make your own fruit juice or you buy ready made from the market? Do you think they have the same nutrient content?

Hey careguarden! I love fruit juices, but the only one that I
buy that I think that has any nutritional value is orange juice!
I like fruit punch, but sadly that is made from a powder which
my boyfriend gets from his job and mixes with water so I am
sure that it is just sugar water! So, I much prefer getting my
nutrients from eating real fruits! I love Summer fruits the
best! I love melons, like canteloupes and Honey Dews! I also
love plums and nectarines and strawberries and green grapes! I
can't wait until the Summer fruits start coming in!

Yeah, fruit juice can be real tasty because they have those ingredients that makes people love it, the flavoring and sweetener that makes everyone love to drink. I'm not a big fan of fruit juices because I always prefer to eat real fruit. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Yeah, real fruit has all the nutrients compared to fruit juice that's usually made from water,sugar and flavorings although some fruit juice products claim that they have the necessary nutrients that a fruit has, still the processed of the fruit juice eliminates all those important nutrients. I love fruit and fruit juice, and have both quite regularly.
I prefer tomake my own fruit juice, for the most part it is cheaper that way.

I like both, If in hurry I real fruit better because I don't have to spent time cutting and put them in juicer, I just need open the fridge and bite it. If I had time or the weather really hot I will make fruit juice, try to make new taste by combining two or three kind of fruit, or vegetable. Juice is more flexible and can be combine with other food like milk, syrup, yogurt and others to make it more delicious.

I definitely prefer fruit juice over fresh fruits but its tastier.I like ready made juice over home made juice..................But i think home made juice is more nutritious ................Ready made juice contian less nutrients,they contain preservatives and synthetic flavours..........Also some nutrients die out when kept for long............Also they are much costlier as compared to home made juices..............Whether home made or ready made,I love juices...........

I do love some fruit juices but they aren't from a tree or garden or anything, I really like the V8 Pomegranate blueberry juice, has a real good flavor to it, and also Simply Lemonade with raspberry, not totally crazy about anything else.

I make my own fruit juice in the blender. I love fruit juices, specially in Summer. I love mixed fruits and lots of ice so they are very cold.
I drink the juice as soon as I make them. If you let them stand, they will change colour and taste.

I actually like both but I eat fruits depending on the situation and I also drink juice depending on the weather. I think its really good to drink ice cold fruit juice when the weather is really hot. I think its better to have fruits that way than eat it normally. I only eat fruits after a meal and for me, I think its very good for the digestion process.

As for me, I do think that real fruits are nutritious and helpful, however, fruit juices are easy-carried and convenient. I can drink the fruit juices at any time if I like, no need to use the equipement to make in the kitchen. In addition, fruit juices contain lots of other contents such as suger and protein, I think they are useful as well.
