Do you prefer fruit juices or real fruits? How often do you drink fruit juices? Do you make your own fruit juice or you buy ready made from the market? Do you think they have the same nutrient content?

green33 What I prefer more to enjoy the holidays is to travel with my friends along the beach. I prefer to carry some delicious food and fruits, even have a barbecue together. It is realy interesting! Good luck to everyone.
