I don't know why I like so much fictional books like harry potter and twilight saga. Is it childish? I'm just enjoying what I imagined from what I'm reading. I love books that have twists and excitement and adventures....

My favorite author is John Grisham, ever since when I was in my high school I'd really love reading his books. Then that goes along with what kind of books I am reading its crime sense, court or law and thrilled books. Love and romance I'm no longer in that phase of stage I've already level up. But its also nice to read love and romance books once in a while. I would like to get away with the fantasy world I am not living in that kind of world.

I used to read fiction books. However, I realized that I was gaining pleasure but not enhancing myself intellectually. Since then, I became a fan of John Maxwell and Francis Kong. Reading books is not only rewarding but also developing the person I am. They are teaching me ways on personal growth and success. Try reading and applying their teachings to your everyday life and you will see the difference.

Nah, it's not childish at all. I think a good book is a good book whether it was written for children, teens, or adults. To me, the best stories are the ones that all ages can enjoy. Personally I like reading high fantasy stories, the kind that take place completely in their own made-up world. You've probably heard of Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia, but there are loads of others that I enjoy like the Icemark Chronicles, the Books of Pellinor, the Dragon Keeper Chronicles, and the Legend of the Guardian-King series. I'll read other books, but this is the genre that I really enjoy.

I havent tried harry potter or twilight but its not childish to read anything, I prefer crime fiction, authors like Lee Child and James Patterson, I love reading them. I was going to read the Harry Potter series but as Ive seen the films I didnt think it would be a good idea, usually its better to read the books before watching the films as the films usually ruin them a bit, dont know if thats the case with Harry Potter though. Ive havent seen Twilight, I dont know why but Im just not that bothered by it, I usually would watch films like that, maybe I will one day. I also love true stories, and autobiographies. Just like you I like any book that uses your imagination.

When I was younger I used to read any book that catches my fancy. This is because I want to gain more information on anything. Informational books, how to books, reader's digest, magazines, medical books, books on laws and politics, books that speaks about environment and so on. I want to be a good conversationalist, so they say. I want to be someone who can talk with someone about anything under the sun. Now that I have aged, I use my free time reading Tagalog romance pocketbooks. I want to reminisce those days when I was starting to have crushes, falling in love and those tickling moments I had during my younger years. I don't see any wrong with it, in fact, I need it to always remember that being in love is not for the young ones only but also for the young once. Reading these pocketbooks always makes me smile and reminisce the past.

i find harry potter and the twilight saga extremely entertaining to read. and i'm sure lots of people would agree with me. maybe i don't read too many books, but i always find reading books by authors that use simpler words and shorter paragraphs more entertaining. not that they don't use 'big' words at all but when they use it is most crucial. i kind of hate it when i read a book and feel like the author is trying to impress me with words when there is a simpler word that would make much more sense.
