Who would you save between your mother and your boyfriend/girlfriend?

I think these types of questions are very unfair. How is anyone supposed to choose a mother and their signigificant other. I mean, for those that have only dated that person for less then a year or even up to 2 years.. okay... that would be an easier call. But I've been with my boyfriend now for over 4 years and I honestly can say I don't think I can just 'find another lover' like everyone has been saying. But at the same respect I am very close to my Mother and I love her so much. I honestly could never be placed under that circumstance and be able to choose. That is like asking about husband/wife versus saving your mother. That is even tougher because what.. you can just find a new husband or wife? That to me, is like saying anyone is expendable. I think these questions are irrelevant... how many people are actually put in a situation where they must CHOOSE, anyhow? Not often. It is just one of those ones that get you to think. But I personally hate these questions. I saw one about a parent choosing between their husband/wife or saving their child. And a lot of people said their husband/wife because they could always have another child. And it really disturbed me.

Tough one huh ;) i will have to go with my mom, although we are not talking for sometime shes still the reason why im here in this world right now, and maybe this is the time that we can start mending ways together.And as for my girlfriend, my love for her will still be pure but im hoping that she will be able to understand me if she truly loves me she will know why i choose my mother instead of her. Love is willing to sacrifice ... since i can just save 1 although it is with a heavy heart i will still go with my mother. well i choose my mother then my girlfriend , my mother is who gave birth to me and always stayed with me and always taught got my future may be there as some misunderstanding but i would choose my mother only. my mother is with me from my childhood and my girlfriend is who came in middle of my life, i would sacrifice many such girlfriends but not my mother.

Obviously my mom.Even if I have misunderstandings with her yet the relationship is too strong to let her die when it is possible for me to save her.It is she who gave me birth and tried to give me all possible comforts in my childhood so I can't let her go.At the same time I love my girlfriend too but not more than my mom.My mom is too precious to lose.

No dout that to whom you will save.everybody must save first his/her mother.because in this world you come because of mother.she is above the god.thats my thinking.

of course my mother as it was my mother who suffered a lot in giving birth to me. besides im not sure about my bf yet if really mean for each other or not so theres still tendency of break up. with my mother i cant pay her in anything of what she did to me and by saving her is my only way to say thank you for everything.

Even though I love them both I'd always want to help my mother. I hold my mother before anything else in my life.

This question has been asked by many people for many times. Different people have different answers. Some people would save mother for they think that mother give life to them. Others would save their spouse for they take their love more seriously. More people feel it difficult to choose whom to save. Among the answers, one impressed me a lot. A boy said he would save the one who was near him if he could only save one at that time. In my opinion, it is a reasonable answer.

I don't have any girlfriends right now so i'll save my mom. Lol.
