I really dont know what's happening with your dad but I feel sorry that you are facing those problems now but its better not to give up on him. He is still your dad and just continue honoring him even if he has weaknesses. Maybe at this point he is weak, and if you are also going to be weak then that makes in weaker. You can always be strong for your mom and for your brothers and also for your dad. I think you are the one who's really aware of the things happening in your family now and you have responsibilities. If your dad doesnt think of his responsibilities, it doesnt mean you also have to forget your own. We are all facing different problems in our lives but all we have to do is look at the problem in the eye and show it that it will not have a chance to let you down.

Do you believe in miracles? Join your mom and ask your 3 brothers to pray for your father and am sure you will soon have an answered prayer.

Not sure exactly where you are from so this may differ in your country/state. But here there are several programs that your mother would be eligible for to help receive assistance. There are food pantries that would help stock the cupboards, medical programs to help her insure herself, you and your brothers and other assistance that may help her or you (if you are old enough) to get a job. Encourage her to check with the government agencies to see if there is any assistance that she may be eligible for. The government will not come to her to see if she needs help but if she seeks out help there may be something that they coudl do.
