There is not fast solution. But you can do somethings to lose weight.
Excersice more. Do cardio based on your abs. Try sit ups or dancing, belly dancing especially will help.
Cut out meats or as most as you can.
Drink water instead of other drinks.
Diet is better for losing weight.
Veggies are your new best friend. Eat carrots broccoli or whatever else you like.
Walk walk walk
Just keep in mind to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you take in. Read the back of labels. Just keep in mind of what your putting into your body. Find sweets that are low in carbs.

For 2 days now I have started taking plain rice porridge and I can feel myself lighter and my tummy has shown good improvement. I learned this from a friend who was once obese. I almost couldn't recognize her when I met her recently. She has gone down so much and looks much younger and I asked her how she managed to go down so much. Then she told me to take rice porridge.

hi tess there are sit ups and crunches but ultimately you will need to just lose some w eight as the exercises may tighten muscles but only over the fat desposits so you just have a toned bulging tummy. weight losss takes it off all over you then you tone up.

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.

Yeah me too I have bulging tummy after giving birth last year October. I was 149 lbs from 94 lbs before I get pregnant. I keep on walking around here in our house going up and down in the basement keep myself busy on anything. eat 6 small portions of any kind of foods or fruits i like, drinks tons of fluid from water to fruits juices. then on weekend, we ate in a buffet but after that we walk for hours inside the mall. when we come home just drink warm milk and go bed.

okay number one rule, stay away from carbonated drinks, meaning soda and anything else. and dont use alot of salt, these things will cause you to bloat making you look fatter! and do cardio. i wish you luck.

Well first you need to exercise if you aren't already. Jogging or aerobics will get the heart rate going and help shed those pounds fast. Also do some crunches to tighten your abs. Cut down on eating cookies, cakes, ice cream, and anything with white flour in it. Eat more fruits and vegetables instead. Don't drink soda or too much juice. Drink more water.

The more fiber you eat in your diet, the fuller you will become, and the less you will need to eat. Fiber creates bulk and helps you to lose weight. Try drinking green tea. This has been known to boost your metabolism. A doctor once told me that the best way to lose weight is to drink some Bragg's Apple Cider vinegar mixed with water.
