my favorite sleep position is curling up into a little ball. I don't do it on purpose i just do it at night i feel like i have no control over how i sleep. I like to call it involentary sleep disorder. i sometimes kick in my sleep as well. I'm not the easy person to sleep with i don't know why i move so much when i sleep..well happy mylotting.

I have a tendancy to roll around a lot at night. I typically start out flat on my back. Throughout the night though I manage to make it on both of my sides for a while. I doubt I ever stay in one position for the entire night. I think I'm more comfortable changing positions throughout the night.

i have no problem with my sleep position as i can sleep any position specially if im already sleepy, i can even sleep while sitting in the chair. if the person already sleepy its not really matter what position his into as long as the bed is confortable.

Sleeping is so relaxing and I just love to sleep at times when I have nothing to do or when I bored and tired. I usually go to sleep on my back but when I wake up I usually find myself on my right side. Its been said not to sleep to the left side as it causes pressure on the heart and also not on the stomach as it results in breathing problems.

i normally sleep facing my bed and i dont know what it called, like hugging my pillow, i cant sleep just by lying nor sideways coz i feel like im running out of breath, but now that im pregnant i have no other choice and i really find it difficult thats why it took time before i can sleep.

I usually sleep on my side...which one depends on whether or not I have a headache when I go to bed. If I do, I'll sleep on the side that applies pressure to the temple of the side of my head that hurts. Lately, though, I have been sleeping on my stomach. It seems to be the only position that I can get comfortable in.
