Hi there, Well for me i brush my teeth every day and night before i go to sleep. But i do not brush my teeth after meal because i tend to be lazy to do it and i find it troubling having to brush after every meal. well, i have to brush my teeth at night before bed. I would not eat but only drink water if i stayed up all night. If i do eat in the middle of the night i would brush again. But i would not do it in the day. Sometimes when there water is dirty or there is not water coming in the house i would just chew gum or drink warm water to rinse my mouth. But i would not recommend using water only. I think it is better to use mouth wash to rinse rather than plain water itself. That is what i think but who cares as long as we are living healthy and there is not need to change the living lifestyle! As for my parents my dad usually would not brush his teeth anymore after he showers and if he eat after shower he would not be bother to brush anymore. And now i realized one thing! He uses water to rinse his mouth too! But my mother and sister would brush their teeth before bed like i do.

Yes, a lot of people take care their teeth by brushing it at night. Gargle some wash mouth like LISTERINE.Unless they are stupid to spoil their teeth.

I have the habit of brushing my teeth before bedtime, instead of just rinsing my mouth. It has been the case since I was a child. It makes me feel orally clean and fresh.

I don't feel clean just to wash my mouth, I has to brush my teeth until I feel fresh and clean. wash your mouth won't clean your teeth and maybe lead to dental problem.

Hello siliguri, I always brush my teeth before going to bed every night. I don't feel orally clean just by washing/rinsing my mouth with water. Then I gargle with mouthwash to feel fresh and clean.

I always use a sensitive toothpaste and a toothbrush to clean my teeth before I go to bed. I like the toothpaste to be gentle on my teeth. I enjoy having a fresh and clean feeling in my mouth. If I have food on my teeth then the brushing hopefully gets rid of it. I visit my dentist every six months for a checkup.

Iam having the habbit of goggling my mouth everytime after i eat, that too mainly after eating sweets.I practise this habbit from my school days and brush my teeth before bed. It is said by Doctors to brush our teeth not only in the moring but also at night. It even doesnt matter wheather we ebrush up in the morning but at night its complusary as the germs may affect the teeths.
