so I am 7 months pregnant and shaped so differently this time around that we are having some issues with comfortable positions. I usually get round and just look rather heavy but this time round I have the quintessential baby bump and it is getting in the way..lol. Anyone else have this issue and what did you do?

I would highly recommed lying on your side. To help ease the pressure on your bump put a pillow or cushion under it for support. I carried my last baby up front and this was a really comfortable position for us.

Doggy style could be the way to go but if you would prefer missionary just have your partner to lift up off of your belly slightly. Another way that worked for me is when we both lay on our sides from the either front or the back that way you can rest a little more.

My granddaughter just started her sixth month of pregnancy afew days ago. As far as comfortable positions I recall when I was pregnant (about fourty years ago) that couldn't sleep in a bed. I slept outdoors on the ground and found it very comfortable. Baby seems to position itself about this time and definitely has a mind of its own. Everyone is different.

Hello, well with me, I was shaped so differently with my 2 boys. With Kenny I was carrying in the front and for Jacob I was carrying so differently that I could not explain. With Kenny it had to be missionary position and Jacob it had to be doggy style because I had back problems after carrying Kenny that it messed up my back so badly by the time that I carried Jacob that the lightest wrong move triggered a bad shooting pain to my back. I would recommend on trying many different moves, if one hurts then let your partner know and then try another one. You could always look on line for different positions for pregnant woman... You might get lucky and find one that works perfect for you and your partner.
Good Luck and Happy Mylotting
