MsDesi Doggy style could be the way to go but if you would prefer missionary just have your partner to lift up off of your belly slightly. Another way that worked for me is when we both lay on our sides from the either front or the back that way you can rest a little...

MsDesi I usually turn the TV to any music channel to wake me up and drag myself out of bed. If I'm going to be out and about all day I'll turn it to the new just to see whats its like out there.
