when you are lazy or want to go to sleep ,what can make you sober?

lazy or sleeping  - when you are lazy or want to sleep . 
how do you adjust yourself?

now I want to go to sleep very much . but it is not suitable for I have some thing to do . Then I turn on my Mp3 and listen to music with headphones . I put the volume to maximum. I am sober quickly for it can Stimulate my brain . when I am lazy or want to go to sleep ,I often take this measure to adjust myself . what about you ? thank your share.

I shower, or run, or talk, talking to people that interest me is by far the best way to hold back a nap. But, If I read, I will sleep. If I do nothing I will sleep. If I sit to rest, I will sleep before I know it. With appreciation.

Holding back a nap is my challenge now . For I want to take use of time to study more knowledge.

Darling, have I got something for you. I was talking with some friends of mine today, they are full time professional volunteer teachers of the Gospel, sometimes called missionaries. They are instructed, by their trainers, to do at least 15 minutes physical exercise before studying each day. Now, I am going to discuss this today, in my very own discussion, just need to do some research first. The concept is, that when you exercise, your body produces endorphines(I spelled this wrong), which accelerate the production of brain cells, so you have fresh, blank brains cells to cram more knowledge into...how does that sound? Just do some exercise, before you study, and you remember more, better and longer. With Love and Appreciation.

I will typically drink something with some caffeine in it. If this doesn't work for me, then I will try listening to music a little bit loud and if neither of those things work, then I will take a cold shower. However, I don't have the opportunity to get sleepy or lazy very often because I am constantly following the kids around making sure that they aren't getting into things and thus I don't have the opportunity to start to feel lazy.

oh,I like coffee very much .but it can not work on me .after I drink it ,I want to sleep too. so my way is listening music with maximum volum. yes ,taking a cold shower is a good way . but I can not suffer it . it is too cold for me . I think that I will get a bad cold after taking a cold water. Thank you!!!

A lot of the times, it is just something that I work out on my own. After all, my mind and my body does take a lot of time to get going. I force myself to get out of bed and get on with my daily routine. Sure, it may take a while to get going, but by getting my brain to work and trying to make the issue work, I find that everything tends to make me less lazy, as I strive to be productive. Of course, there are measures that I have taken in the past. Trust me, it is true when dumping cold water over your head tends to get you up in a hurry. Granted, if someone else is doing it, it tends to get the person smacked a lot of the times but thankfully no one has done it to me. I have done it to myself however and that tends to get me up. Playing music works as well as I supposed. Alarm clocks not so much, as they just make me just annoyed rather then waking me up.

Usually i can not control myself when i feel sleep or lazy. But when i really need to do something then i go to wash room and through water in my face. It's really work on me. After that drink coffee or tea. And walk in my room. And put my concentration to other things. Then i completely become active.
