Has anyone had any experience with ReviewStream?

I was just wondering if anyone else has had a nasty experience with this website, Review Stream? I sent them an email complaint regarding a poorly worded decline page, and the email I got back was the nastiest, most insulting response I have ever received. I don't know if this is just some employee sitting at a desk sending out negative responses, or if this is actually someone high up in the company. Regardless, it was the worst, most un-professional email I've ever seen. So I ask again, has anyone else had experiences with them? Thanks.
